Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking an F4 session, class, or private appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Booking
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund, out of respect for the next client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval from F4.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged and the session will be considered completed.
Cancellation by F4
In the rare event that F4 needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you will be offered either:
- A new appointment at the earliest available time, or
- A full refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Any exceptions to this policy are entirely at the discretion of F4.
Agreement
By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Booking & Cancellation Terms.
